Pumpkin is food for salad, boiled with milk, or miso soup. Most of the pumpkins selling here are from Mexico. I remember the Japanese market near your home is selling this kind of pumpkin. The skin is hard, so be careful not to cut your hand when you cut it…I can buy ¼ cut pumpkin here. The price of vegetables rose because of the heat, so I’m eating imported pumpkin a lot recently.
